Series 2 of 4 Andy Hrovat Teaching Pro Practice At XC

4pm – My teammate from high school was in town for a couple days so he wanted to come in and workout. Andy Hrovat is an OH high school state champion, 3x Div 1 All American from U of Michigan, 2006 World Team Member, and 2008 Olympic Team Member. So of course we picked his brain during our “Pro Practice” on all the new techniques and training methods in the wrestling world. He spends a good amount of time training with the Russian team and lives and trains at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. It’s always good to have him in the gym. Next practice at 7pm.
