Update for Night Fight 20

Got into VA on thursday afternoon. Keeping the workouts relatively light. In the morning I usually run on the treadmill just to wake the body up and get a sweat going. In the evening I do my MMA workout that consist of grappling, wrestling, and hitting mits with my boxing coach. It usually last an hour and a half from start to finish. My meals are egg whites and oatmeal in the morning, plain brown rice with fish or egg whites in the afternoon, and salmon with vegetables in the evening. The day before weigh ins I can only eat in the morning and the evening. Mainly just hang out with my friends and family, do interviews and stay focused!! I’ve been waking up in the mornings weighing around 165 lbs, so I’m right where I need to be!! Just like Hannibal used to say on The A Team, “I love it when a plan come together!!”.
