UFC lightweight contender Gray Maynard kept his unbeaten streak in tact by defeating The Ultimate Fighter 5 winner Nate Diaz by split decision on the campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. Judges’ scorecards read 29-28 Diaz, 30-27 Maynard and 29-28 Maynard.
Way to go Gray! not sure what the 29-28 Diaz score was all about…but it was yours for sure!

I had the score 30-27 for you over Diaz, althought Diaz seems like a tough opponent, he did nothing to win points, and shat talked, I have the utmost respect for him, but you def. won, no doubt about it, controlled the fight, and whenever he tried getting you in the clinch, you just “bullied” him off!
Nice job! Hoping to see a title shot in the near future.
